RESIZING, REPAIRS & WARRANTIES

RESIZING

We offer one free resize within 90 days of delivery – all you must pay is the shipping costs.

Resizing that involves adding precious stones or metal (gold/platinum) will be honored after a personal consultation and pricing adjustments with our team and master goldsmith. Additional charges may apply.

Engraved items can be resized after a consultation with our master goldsmith. Additional charges may occur for re-engraving the piece if needed.

REPAIRS

Quality is extremely important to us so if your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, we would be happy to fix it for you within our 30-day warranty.

We are not responsible for any damages that occurred as a result of misuse of the item or show any signs of intentional damage.

To initiate the repair process, please email us at info@madeforloveinc.com with your order information and a photo of the damage. We will get back to you as quickly as possible.

Engagement Rings, Wedding Bands and items that have been damaged as a result of resizing, modifying or any altering by a third-party jeweler are not eligible for our free repair offer.

For orders shipped internationally, we cannot offer help with repairs or ring resizing, since taxes are levied every time a jewelry item crosses borders.

WARRANTIES

All Made For Love jewelry is covered under a 30 Days warranty.

Please note the warranty is void if another jeweler resizes or modifies the piece in any way.

The warranty does not apply to the replacement of a center stone, or any stone larger than 0.20ctw. Manufacturing defects do not include general wear and tear, scratching, discoloration due to contact with harsh chemicals, warped rings or lost rings/center stones.

To be eligible for our warranty:

• Please be sure the ring and diamond, color stone, or Pearl was not exposed to unreasonable force or harmful conditions.


• The ring needs to have been stored and handled correctly. Any abused, altered or incorrectly cleaned ring is not eligible for return.


• Ring needs to be in the possession of the original purchaser, as this warranty is not transferable.
